SHIPPING
PLEASE ENTER YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF ADDRESS IS ENTER INCORRECTLY PLEASE CONTACT US WITH THE FIRST 24 HOURS TO UPDATE CORRECT ADDRESS.


After package is shipped we are not responsible for incorrect address deliveries.


We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.


We have the following shipping options available:
Free Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days


Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility.


We do not ship internationally at this moment.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.


SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

REFUNDS
No Refunds - Final Sale on all items.
